NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING AND SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2012
BUDGET for the Town of Richmond will be held at the Town Hall on
November ¬¬14, 2011 at 6 p.m. The proposed budget in detail is
available for inspection at the clerk’s office by appointment.

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, Nov. 14, 2011 immediately
following the Public Hearing on the proposed 2012 budget, which begins
at 6 p.m.at the Richmond Town Hall, a Special Town meeting of the
electors will be called, pursuant to Section 60.12 (1) © of Wisconsin
Statutes:
1. To approve the total 2012 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec.
81.01 (3) of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
2. To adopt the 2011 town tax levy to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Sec.
60.10 (1) (a) of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
