TAX INFORMATION
Property tax bills are mailed in mid-December, and the 1st half is due January 31 of the following year, and the 2nd half is due July 31.  

DOG TAGS
Dogs are required to have dog tags ; $8—male or female; $3-neutered male or spayed female.  Dog license applications are mailed with tax bill.

CONSTRUCTION & PERMIT INFORMATION
Set back requirements from town road---133 feet from center line of road.

PERMIT  REQUIREMENTS—all new construction needs a building permit, and any improvement over $1,500.  Minimum fee for improvement is $40/$20,000 and $2 for each additional $1,000.  Some forms available to be printed off this web site.  Contact town clerk for further building permit information.
