September 15, 2008 Special Town of Richmond Board Meeting
SPECIAL TOWN OF RICHMOND BOARD MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 15, 2008 , 4
P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Warren Bader, as duly
noticed.
Present were: Chairman Bader, Supervisors Ball and Volkert
This meeting took place at 1341 146th Ave. in Richmond Township.
In a discussion of the weed cutting done by Richmond Township’s
mower, at which time some pine trees planted by Dave Barker were also
cut. The motion was made by Ball, seconded by Volkert to pay Mr.
Barker $75.00 for the trees and labor, which was acceptable to Mr.
Barker. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn by Volkert, seconded by Ball and carried.
These minutes were recorded and given to Clerk Preece by Supervisor
Volkert.
