September 19, 2011 Special Town Board Meeting
SEPTEMBER 19, 2011 SPECIAL TOWN OF RICHMOND BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Todd Rehnelt, as noticed.
Present were Supervisors Berquist, Naser, Knutson, Volkert, and Clerk
Preece.
The agenda was approved on a motion by Naser/Volkert.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Adoption of Ward Plan—Because the state has changed the assembly
boundaries, and the Town of Richmond has been divided between District
29 and District 30, the state has mandated that we adopt a new ward
plan. Rehnelt moved to adopt the new ward plan, as presented, and
Knutson moved to second this motion. On a roll call vote, the motion
carried with 5 yes votes and 0 no votes.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m. on a motion by Volkert/Naser.
